This is made by a fellow knifemaker, I am so impressed with his work I purchased 5 of these for myself and to sell The sheaths are vegetable tanned tooling leather with tooled patterns on each, worn around the neck and have a snap retainer on both the sheath and knife for retention.. That is a dime in the photo to give you an idea of size. The scales on this one are fossilized giraffe bone, outer bark.

I came across some Barlows still on the original display boards. Here are two of them for sale. They are the bicentenial versions made by "Colonial Prov U.S.A." One side has the "Don't tread on me flag" and "liberty or Death". The other side is marked "U.S. Bicentenial", 2nd line is "1776 and eagle with olive branch then 1976", 3rd line is "Limited Collectors Edition". I do have one display board of 12 knives, the oil paper hasn't even been opened (the picture is of an opened card, as I say this card I have left is UNOPENED, still taped on both sides and in the original box) . Feel free to make me an offer.

This has been in my collection for many years. It was made by Mike Fischer who seldom if ever makes knives anymore. He is also known as "Tank" or "Tbark". In Tanks tradition this is built like a tank. The liners and bolsters are titanium. The blade is ATS 34. The scales are Ironwood. It is a scale release and I have never found a single person who could open it without me showing them how. The entire knife is handmade, from scratch, by Tank. It has a wear mark on the left side of the blade that is visible, no I won't polish or touch it, you may if it goes into your collection. The edge has never been used, it has only been handled and fired. If you don't have a Tbark in your collection or appreciate 100% handmade or scale releases contact me.
